HealthEase Is No Longer Active as of Aug. 1, 2014
WellCare’s HealthEase plan ended on Aug. 1. This plan moved to Staywell. This has no effect on the HealthEase Kids plan.
If you are a HealthEase member or provider with an appeal or grievance for a date of service before Aug. 1, please call us. You can call 1-866-334-7927. TTY users should call 1-877-247-6272. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
